As partners, mothers, daughters and sisters, we tend to put the needs of those around us first. I wonder, do you look after yourself as well as you look after the people you love?

You are the centre of the universe for someone, probably a lot more than one person. Looking after yourself - nourishing yourself - isn’t a luxury. It isn’t indulgent. It’s absolutely vital because so are you.

Choosing to make simple changes to how you eat, how often you move and how you relax can have a huge impact on your well-being – your energy levels, your sleep and your ability to cope with everything your body throws at you. I don’t do calorie counting, there is no scarcity here, just bringing into your life an abundance of colour and nourishment. With food as our focus, every mouthful will be a positive step towards a healthier you.
