Hi! A big welcome if you’re new to my account. I have a few confessions to make so might as well get them out of the way. I’m a registered nutritional therapist BUT… 

🥑 I eat sugar. There is room for EVERYTHING in a healthy diet.
I wish it wasn’t true but our weight as women feels fundamental to how we feel about ourselves. 

And almost every single woman I speak to in her 40s, perimenopausal or not, tells me she wants to lose a little (or a lot) of weight.
